The lowest relevant rate will be applied e.g. student speaker.
If banquet is cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic, full registration fee (early registration) will be changed to 85,000 JPY.

Banquet will be held on Thursday (Day 4), November 9th, 7:00 pm in RIHGA Royal Hotel Hiroshima.
Reception deadline: October 6th at noon
The deadline for Visa application document preparation support is October 6th at noon.
If you have not yet applied and would like to apply, please apply as soon as possible.
Visa application document preparation support
Our committee will support you in applying for a visa to participate in an academic conference.
Therefore, the support period will be from November 5th to November 11th.
For travel during other periods, please complete the procedures yourself.
Cancellation:
Registration cancelled before 31 August 2023 will be refunded for the amount paid minus a 8,000JPY administration fee.
No refunds will be given for cancellation after 31 August 2023.
